HIGH SCHOOL CLASS DID A WEEK AND A HALF OF INTENSIVE DRAMA WORKSHOP. THAT PROGRAM WAS
SELECTED TO HELP THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO DISCOVER THEIR SELVES AND OTHERS.
THE LESSONS FOLLOWED A PRECISE PROCESS, WHICH WAS HARD FOR THE STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND. THEY
WERE NOT MOTIVATED AND COMFORTABLE. BUT WITH THE TIME THE ACTIVITIES BECAME MORE INTERESTING
AND FUN AND THE STUDENTS BECOME ALSO MORE SECURE.
AFTER HOURS OF WORKING, THE STUDENTS FINALLY OPENED THEMSELVES TO THE OTHERS SHARING
PERSONAL THINGS AND EMOTIONS. THE STUDENTS WERE VERY IMPRESSED ABOUT THE DRAMA TEACHER’S
TECHNIC AND EXPERIENCE.
AT THE LAST DAYS THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PERFORMED SOME INTERPRETATION AND THEY TRIED TO
PASS TO OTHERS THEIR EMOTIONS. IN THIS WAY WE HAVE LEARNED TO EXPRESS OUR FEELINGS
AND EMOTIONS. WE ARE MORE CONFIDENT IN OURSELVES AND WITH OTHERS. WE WERE ABLE
TO EXPRESS OPINIONS AND THOUGHTS WITHOUT FEAR OF BEING JUDGED BY OTHERS AND WE
UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER FROM ANOTHER VISION. IN A NEW WAY.
WE WANT SAY THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT COLLABORATED FOR THIS PROJECT AND GIVE US
THIS GREAT EXPERIENCE.
MAITE AND TOM.
