Last week wrap-up...

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Tomorrow is the big day! There are a few important things you need to note:

v School starts at 11am for the students (because it will be a long day for them)
v We will have lunch early (almost as soon as they arrive) so we can get costumes and make-up done
v The performance starts at 2pm SHARP on the back field
v You will need to bring your ticket (pick up today if you haven’t already)
v We will draw the raffle at 3.45pm. You do not have to be at the draw to win, but you do need to show your ticket to collect. Tickets are available at the office or before the show
v The performances will take place throughout the school grounds. If you wish to bring something to sit on (blanket, sarong or small chair) please feel free.
v Early Years children will need to be picked up at 2.30pm from the back field, straight after the Welcome.
v All other students will need to be collected from their classrooms after the show (at 4.30pm). Please do not collect before this time as all students between years 1-9 are involved in the performances until the end.
v Please stay with your audience group. This is vital to the smooth running of the show.

Wednesday is beach day. The buses leave school at 8.30. If you’d like to meet us at the beach, we should be there around 9.30. It is Sindu Beach, Sanur. We will have some staff there by 8.30.
School lunches will be brought to the beach.
All children in Small World, Playgroup and Kindy MUST be accompanied by an adult.
We will leave the beach at 1.30pm to be back at school by 2.30pm.

On Thursday, students should attend school normal hours. We will start the day with a final Reflection Time. Parents are welcome to attend.

Friday is a half day. We will start the day with the Class Awards Ceremony. We will then have break time, followed by our Graduation Ceremony. Students will then receive their report cards and then will need to be picked up at 12.00. Parents are welcome to attend this day.

The Sunrise Team would like to thank you all for your ongoing support. We wish you all a happy and restful holiday. Happy Galungan and Kuningan or Idul Fitri to those who celebrate.

See you on 10 August for our new school year and exciting Entry Point/Opening Ceremony!
